Do you accept credit cards?
A: Twisted Temptations accepts credit card payments through Paypal. No need to set up an
account you can just click on the "Buy Now" button provided on the website.
Q: Do you accept payments by check?
Yes. Contact us at email@example.com with your order. Once the check clears we will make the shipment. We will contact you
if there are any problems.
Q: What are the shipping rates?
Domestic & International shipping rates are determined by merchandise total and by weight. All packages are insured for damage
and lost items.

Q: How are orders shipped

When will I receive my shipment?
A: Most items can be delivered within 7-10 days.
Q: Does a sales tax apply
to my purchase?
A: 8.25% sales tax is automatically applied to all California orders. Purchases made outside of California,
however, are not subject to the sales tax.
Q: What if my package is damaged in transit?
A: Each package is insured.
All claims must be reported within five business days after receiving merchandise. Our responsibility for merchandise shipped
via USPS ceases upon transfer to USPS. Thus, we are not responsible for merchandise lost or damaged in transit. You must file
a claim with the carrier. However, we will assist you in supplying any information you need.
Q: What if I want to return my purchase?
A: The customer will be responsible for the cost of shipment for any returned merchandise. Twisted Temptations does not
offer refunds. However, we offer credit that can be applied towards the purchase of any items on our website or at upcoming

A: All gems and beads are matched as closely as possible to that of the originally photographed
product. In some instances the color and shape of certain gems (e.g. turquoise nuggets) will vary.
